  • IDI® (Intercultural Development Inventory):
    A research-backed assessment that provides insight into how individuals and teams engage with cultural differences. Results include a placement on the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC) and a personalized Intercultural Development Plan (IDP) for each participant.
  • ICS® (Intercultural Conflict Styles):
    A tool to identify and respond to cultural differences in conflict resolution, enhancing collaboration and trust. The IDI ®  is a valuable assessment tool that provides clear insights and strategies for enhancing cultural competency within your workplace. It assists leaders, employees and teams to better understand cultural difference and how they can stay true to themselves while ensuring everyone feels seen, valued and heard.
