We Have Two Tools To Support You Having A Brilliant Workplaces:

  A research-backed assessment that provides insight into how individuals and teams engage with cultural differences. Results include a placement on the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC) and a personalized Intercultural Development Plan (IDP) for each participant.

  A tool to identify and respond to cultural differences in conflict resolution, enhancing collaboration and trust.
