 Participating in the IDI® is a simple process:

• Assessment: Participants complete a 50-question IDI®.
• Intercultural Development Continuum: The results position you on the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC).
• Intercultural Development Plan (IDP): Following the assessment, individuals receive an IDP, which serves as a personalized roadmap for enhancing their intercultural competence along the IDC.
