Obliq3
High performance isn't a methodology.
It's a discipline.
Elite sport figured this out a long time ago. We bring that thinking to your organization, and business rigour back to sport.
What We Do
We Show up where the real work happens

Most organizations already know what's wrong. They need someone who can walk into the room, ask the uncomfortable questions, and build the conditions for something better. That's what we do.
Values & Culture Work
We help organizations surface, articulate, and embed the values that actually drive behaviour, not the ones that live on the wall and die in the meeting room. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Retreats & Workshops
Immersive sessions for leadership teams, boards, and high-performance groups. Half-day to multi-day. Designed from scratch for your context, because your team's challenges aren't generic and your session shouldn't be either.
High Performance Change (HPC)
Change management for organizations that are already excellent at what they do. Built from leading high-performing teams through change myself, not theorized from outside it. A different starting point for teams whose biggest obstacle is the very thing that made them good."
Strategic Facilitation
Strategic planning. Annual sessions. Board facilitation. Stakeholder engagement. Structured thinking, human-centred process, and a facilitator who isn't afraid of the conversation you've been avoiding.
Built on what actually produces performance, not what looks good in a framework.
About Us
Our Founder
Thirty years of watching what pressure does to people, and what the best leaders do about it.
Obliq3 was founded by Kim Corrigan, who came to this work along a path almost nobody in high-performance consulting takes.

Twenty years as a mental health nurse. More than a decade in organizational development, across business, not-for-profit, and government. Which means the central question of this work, what sustained pressure actually does to people, and what separates the leaders who hold a team together from the ones who burn through it, has never been theory for Kim. It's three decades of watching it happen up close, in the places where human performance and human limits genuinely collide.
That combination is rare, and it's deliberate. Most people consulting on high performance arrive through business and learn the people side second. Kim arrived through people first, directly, over many years, at the front line of what stress, change, and pressure do to human beings, and brought performance to that, rather than the other way around. It's a different foundation, and it shows up in the work: we take performance seriously, and we know exactly what it costs when you get it wrong. That's the thinking Obliq3 brings to organizations, and the team Kim has built around it brings the range to deliver it at depth.
Our Team of Partners - Where Elite Sport Meets Organizational Leadership
Our team and partners have worked alongside elite athletes, national sport organizations, and high-performance leadership teams across business, not-for-profit, and government. We've seen what separates good organizations from truly high-performing ones.
It's rarely strategy.
It's the quality of trust. The clarity of values. The ability of leaders to have hard conversations, make aligned decisions, and bring people with them through relentless change.
Those are the same things that build brilliant workplaces in every sector. We know that because we've worked in both worlds, and we move between them deliberately.Every Obliq3 associate is senior. There is no junior bench, no work quietly handed down the chain. You work directly with experienced practitioners who have led through exactly the pressures you're facing, and that's deliberate, because this work depends on judgment that only comes from having been in the room before.
