Kim grew up in a socially deprived area of Scotland, and attributes many of her early childhood experiences for shaping her into the leader she is today, and why she became a mental health nurse. These experience taught her that establishing a foundation of trust is essential for building meaningful relationships and achieving success. Today using this mindset, Kim has built a team dedicated to integrating Obliq3's human centered model into all aspects of our services.
With expertise in a variety of sectors locally and globally (health, government, energy/oil and gas and agriculture), Kim has been able to successfully navigate all of these due to her empathetic approach and sole focus of helping people be seen, valued and heard.
