For this topic we primarily use language like "woman", "female" and she/her pronouns to reflect the majority of the community we serve with these services. However, we want to emphasize our commitment to respecting and honoring all sexual and gender identities, including gender-fluid and non-binary individuals.

Kim is the CEO of Obliq3 and is passionate about this topic as she took the crazy step to start a business while unknowingly experiencing numerous symptoms of peri-menopause. Despite experiencing a frozen shoulder, night sweats, foggy thinking (is it dementia?) dry eyes, disturbed sleep and anxiety to name just a few of her symptoms, Kim has spent the last few years taking a deeper dive into female hormones and gaining an understanding on how they impact women physically and emotionally and in their relationships as well as in the workplace. This coupled with her medical and business background, she has partnered with some other amazing women in her network to share all these learnings with you.
